Hey Soul Sista,
My name is Rachel Alyce and my Quarter Life Funk hit me at aged 28..
I looked at my life and asked myself “is this it?".
On the surface, my life was pretty rosy. I had just completed my Masters degree part-time, had a decent job, supportive network of family and friends and a long-term stable relationship with a decent guy! BUT...for some reason I was just not feeling it. I felt uninspired, unfilled and started living life on autopilot mode. Sat sitting in traffic, with the window wipers screeching as the rain poured, I came to the realization that I was falling out of love with my job, my boyfriend and life in general. I asked myself, "do I want to settle,or go after my dreams?". I handed over my comfort blanket and ended my four year relationship to the surprise of others...even myself!
In the meantime, I landed back at my parents' house, single, in debt, swiping through Tinder, watching reruns of the Gilmore Girls and seeking light relief in online shopping. During this time my soul started to awaken and prompted me to pursue a journey of deep personal development and spiritual growth. I became obsessed with learning about the Laws of the Universe, manifestation, mindset and how you can CREATE YOUR OWN REALITY.
Keen to experiment to see if it was the real deal, I went about learning the process and applying it to my life. Through trial and error and by bringing in neuroscience and psychological principles, I was able manifest all my goals and completely transform my life.
My approach to manifestation is different to what is out there in the online space. It is often too simplified and ignores the power of combining inner work and action. Mastering manifestation is more than just tapping into the Law of Attraction. To be truly aligned you must master your mindset, in particular your subconscious mind. By healing, rewiring and committing yourself to the inner work you will not only step into your power but you will manifest with ease. In fact, my interest in subconscious mind drew me into the study of hypnosis and I am now a Certified Hypnotist.
Today, my life is very different. I accepted an amazing job in Bangkok affording me the opportunity to travel extensively. I met my soulmate, in the city which has the worst reputation for female expats to find love! I am now fulfilling my life purpose, living the dream lifestyle whilst not having to worry about the pennies. Everything I desired, came to me!

The course has been designed to give you the quickest transformation possible. It will probably take you two hours a week to complete the videos and workbooks. The live Q&A and further training will last around 1 hour.
It is delivered via my course portal on my website and released every Saturday morning (10am London time). You will be emailed the links to create a username and password. PDF’s, audios and videos are all on the site. I will however email you the day before with the workbook so you have time to download it. You will be alerted by email when the training is available. The live Q&A’s will take place every Thursday in the private Facebook group. If you do not have Facebook, the recording will also be sent via email.
You will be sent an email with a link to register your course login details and a link to join the Aligned Academy Facebook Group community. You will then be communicated via email on the next steps to take. You will always be communicated about what you need to do and where you need to go. I've got your back!
